I don't know how many of you have worked in a large institution in a management capacity but there is a definite Plantation and class mentality among lower support staff both black and white. They know their jobs and what to do and unless you are on their asses and supervising them constantly you find them wandering or hiding. They are more worried about their breaks and lunches than pitching in and finding what needs to be done and doing it.They get well over minimum wage and have benefits and are hanging at the Teet and when you ask them to do something they all argue about who's job that is. NOT JUST SUPPORT THE TEAM AND MAKE IT HAPPEN. I look forward to Robots. They do their jobs. These workers know how to work the vacation schedule the paid sick days the personal days and the FMLA leave but they can't manage to grasp tasks at hand and I am talking about a non union establishment and god forbid they don't follow protocall's and safety measures and get injured and go out on Workman's Comp tax free. You can't even dismiss their lazy ignorant asses. This is what is wrong with America. I started out at the bottom with no privileges and worked my way up and if I have call outs I throw my ratty tie in the locker and jump into the trenches. It's work people.

College education is the culprit.
