It's surprising that they weren't smoking weed in the car, too. Of course, if you're on the way to an armed robbery or gang bang, it's good not to be too high.
@1:53 Headed to? Probably fleeing from. Portsmouth is the most dangerous area in Virginia.
What they failed to mention is they stopped the vehicle in Virginia...and illegally extradited them back into Maryland. Sgt. Brown gonna get his ass handed to him in court, again. That's kidnapping folks. Should've let VA handle it and apply for charges.

Fortunately for the police, these punks only carry guns to look tough in their neighborhoods. Too cowardly to confront another armed individual. They flash it and say, "No one mess wit me."
