Talking about Salisbury I just went up to Royal farm across from Clairemont shopping center and couldn't even get out of my car before I had 3 panhandlers begging for money. I pulled of and was stuck at the exit on 13 and one of the guys wouldn't take no for an answer. UNBELIEVABLE!! Damn I wanted that cup of Royal far coffee this morning too
Then you will get a subpoena to court to testify. Your dash cam is meaningless unless you are present to testify. The defendants lawyer could request the authenticity of your dash cam and your training.
We all see this if you travel more than hour you will see this almost every day. If we all had these cameras and the abusers were prosecuted it would save lives., and those could be yours and mine.
12:47 I'm always present when I use my dash cam. It's records video, too. I was pulled over 2 weeks ago and the polite officer said I ran a red light, I replayed video and it showed that had just turned yellow. He said have a good day.
Do what can you prove 9:08 ? Bet you're one of the people that think all these surveillance cameras everywhere are a good thing, and that the thought police have a right to arrest someone because they thought a crime might get committed in the future
I don't have to prove anything. Why do you ask? The video speaks for itself. It is just a clip. There's no way it appears random. The driver that got his mirror touched appeared to be is some kind of fit of rage and screaming out his open window on the passenger side even while stopped at the light, and the car was long gone. Perhaps he was displaying the same behavior prior to the encounter. The video does not support any conclusion that the touching was a random act. But then again, maybe you didn't look at the video as closely as I did. You are quick to jump to conclusions, as evidenced by how you assume you know so much about how I think. "Thought Police?" How did that thought get in your head?
And like a typical coward he ran. Should have followed him and got his picture. That was reckless driving. He was clearly in the lane with the other car. And all you crybabies who think there was nothing wrong with this need to get a life and a brain.
Escalation is never a good thing. And the odds are, he would have a good case for self defense, if you were the one that got his ass beat (or worse). You sound like big words from a little man.
The red car driver, clearly startled, nearly swerves into other stopped cars in busy traffic. Jetta jerk whips into a parking lot in front of pedestrian with no signal.
Yep, no harm, no foul. No accident, no cars or pedestrians hit. "Almost" anything doesn't count. Just another day on the streets of Salisbury. Two (yes two) drivers that have trouble sharing the road with each other. That's what I saw. I would like to see the video of what happened BEFORE the Jetta sped up to tap the Chevy. It wasn't a random act. As windows were down, I suspect words were exchanged previously to the act. I find the whole thing humorous. Two drivers acting like children. Look at the Chevy driver screaming out of the passenger window long after the Jetta was gone. Nothing seen to make ME choose sides.

Report to police or take the video to them. I've done many times with my dash cam
Better dash cam than the police have.
I hope this has been set to the Salisbury Police or MSP. I'm sure someone there has already seen this.
Yeah, drug pass
You can get a TAG # and report this to the police. He should be arrested.

What do they have in store for you?

What is the crime? Who is the driver ? What is the arrest-able? Stupid is not a crime.

Are you serious ? It could of caused any numerous accidents - ya nitwit
Boy I am glad all of these posters were all Americans and never pulled a prank. Get a life
And I’m sure he would have pulled his illegal pistol out from under his seat and shot your ass DEAD.
316 asshat!
Reckless operation: covers any number of things not specifically classed.
And did you bother to call police to let them handle it?
I guarantee that there's more to that encounter than what is shown in that video clip. That wasn't a random act against a driver.
I see nothing illegal there, maybe stupid but not illegal

But it didn't. No harm, no foul. It's like "someone almost hit me." Big deal, they didn't. No damage, no harm, no foul.

Yeah, the police would have gotten their laugh for the day.

No harm, no foul???
Too bad there’s not a police app that citizens could upload directly to the police
