Caribbean Joe's House Band Loud Love Rocked The House This Weekend

Caribbean Joe's has become the new hot spot in West Ocean City. Come see what we're all about and enjoy the atmosphere and entertainment. We'll be providing all sorts of new entertainment including steel drum bands playing Caribbean style music, we're simply going to mix it up every week to please everyone, except rap. Sorry, I just can't stand rap music and guess what, that's my choice. You can save that crap for the Salisbury Folk Festival.

We open our doors at 11:00 AM today. 7 flat screen TV's will have Golf, NASCAR, (if they're running today) and whatever else fits your style.

Coming soon, we will be hosting a day of Dominican Food one day a week and Romanian Food on another week day. We will also be hosting a Hospitality Night for those of you IN THE BUSINESS, (Hotel, Bar, Restaurant) specials all day and night. Bring in a copy of your paycheck or proof of employment and get the best drink and food specials in all of Ocean City. We want to Pay It Forward this summer to ALL of the forgotten people working their tails off who need a night off.

West Ocean City, (LOCALS) needed a place like Caribbean Joe's and this weekend proved we were right. Come see what we have to offer. You'll love this place because we redesigned it with locals in mind.

I think it's great you have the guts to mix things up and truly bring some variety to area.

Get a reggaeton, merengue, bachata, salsa DJ for Dominican night. That will pack the house!

Thanks! We've come a LONG way since the old Alamo and have been so blessed so many of you putting aside the past and walked through the door to experience the newest place in West OC, aside from Mad Monkey. We wish them the very best as well. West OC is becoming the new HOT SPOT for great entertainment. The J1 Students are LOVING all of the renovations to each and every single room at the Motel and I have to admit, it's incredible too. Mark Odachowski pays it forward like no one I've ever seen in my lifetime and trust me, it comes from his heart and wallet. Come support what we're doing. The food is incredible and guess what, I'm getting ready top REDUCE my drink prices across the board because it simply makes sense. While everyone else will be raising their prices for the summer, I'll be reducing them. Come see us, it's well worth the trip.

Happy to hear of your decision about rap.

Joe, we were there Friday night. The place was hopping. Only problem was we sat at the bar and after 30 minutes we left because we still had no service. Other people got service that walked up after us, evidently because they had already been served before we came in. No one even made eye contact so you weren't even acknowledged. We'll be back for another try. The place looked great!

9:33, Wow, I'm very sorry to hear that. We truly did not expect the crowd we ultimately received, growing pains. I did see people waiting, (in my opinion as well) too long for drinks and even food. Our new register system arrives this week and we'll be able to serve people much better in the very near future. I can assure you that you had this problem at the inside bar. Truthfully, I personally expected more people outside then inside but I was wrong, my fault. I had three bartenders outside, (which was also packed) and only two inside. Again, that will change the next go around. I can't thank you enough for your input, good, bad or indifferent. We all want to make things right and deliver the best experience possible. Let me know the next time you come by and I'll make it up to you and thanks so much for coming.

Northwest Woodsman: Congratulations on your success. Next time I visit Salisbury, I hope to stop in at Caribbean Joes. It looks great and seems that everyone enjoys it. I recall the ola Alamo from the 50s. Used to operate the big mosquito control spray rigs in all the local communities and passed the Alamo almost once a week.

I'm really looking forward to the international foods!

10:24... No problem Joe. We're locals and just wanted to check your place out. Everything looked clean and refreshed. I appreciate the offer but it's okay. Growing pains are all just part of the adventure. We didn't take any offense. We saw that it was super busy.

Joe congrats the place looked great. Wish you great success. Wait till summer officially kicks off. To bad you can not have anything like that in the Bury.
