A 17-year-old suspect allegedly pulled a gun on a Terre Haute, Indiana, cab driver Monday and got shot when the driver pulled out his own gun in self-defense.
WTHI-TV reports that the driver picked up the suspect, Daivionne Young, in downtown Terre Haute and drove him to Greenwood Manor Apartments. Upon reaching the destination Young allegedly pulled a gun and tried to rob the driver.
The driver responded by pulling his own gun and shooting Young, who ran off but was soon apprehended.

Stupid! People kill people. All manner of instruments are used: knives, baseball bats, automobiles, poison, the choices are almost endless.
And I bet only 1 of the 2 had their gun legally...so take that away from law abiding citizens and what do you have?
Clint Eastwood! Make my day.
In Maryland that driver would be charged with attempted murder. I guess that's to be expected in a state run by Democrats with a RINO govenor.
My call is the cab driver protected himself and it was justice, if the teenager died he asked for it. Bet teenager's Mom was proud and will make a big deal out of justice for her son.

In Maryland, the cab driver has a compelling argument for the "need to carry." If denied a concealed carry license, he would have a compelling case to take all the way to the Supreme Court. Anti-gun Maryland doesn't want that. He would get his CC before it goes that far.
10:53 he might not be alive to take the case to the supreme court
