Measles wasn't virtually eradicated in this country by wishing.

I respect her choices, but not getting vaccines is foolish.
Getting vaccines protects all of us. There are people who cannot get vaccinated because of allergies, everyone being vaccinated protects these people. It's about keeping all of us healthy and alive.
I respect her choice, but she should bear the responsibility of that choice and really shouldn't be working in health care where people depend on her to keep them healthy. Same if an anti vaccer won't vaccinate their kids. Fine, you need to home school them, or start a private school of vaccinated kids.
You can't have your cake, and then keep the rest of society in danger. Own your decisions.

To 9:55 AM take your own advice to 8:44 AM - stop trusting people with no healthcare background. Stop reading conspiracy theory websites. So Vaxxed found 2 people out of all the people who have ever worked at the CDC say something negative. There are nuts in every profession.
Vaccinations are SAFE. Granted, I don't trust new vaccinations until they've been proven safe. However, MMR, chicken pox, tetanus, etc. all those vaccines have been around for decades. They have been made safer throughout the years.
If you've not been vaccinated, stay home.
I do not believe the government would lie to us about vaccines. It cares about us.
It needs us to pay taxes!

Do i trust the Govt as a whole? No. But the Govt is a make up of People. A lot of good people work for the Govt. Do i trust those people? as humans? as moms? dads? brothers? sisters? sons? daughters? grandsons/daughters? Yes i do. Most are just common folk just like the rest of us that have good loving kind hearts and would not cover up things that would hurt millions of Americans. Do we have corrupt greedy jackasses that work for the Govt? yes. Do i trust those? No. One bad apple does not spoil the whole basket. Protect yourself and your family and the rest of us, get those preventive shots. Especially as a previous comment above said those vaccines have been around for decades and are safe for 99% of the people that get them. New drugs, hey i get it. I want them to be well tested out before i would get them to.
especially with the side affects of some of the newer drugs. But what if a deadly outbreak of a disease breaks out and the drug is new. do you get that drug or do you take the risk? Its like with cancer drugs, If you are fighting for your life you will be willing to try those experimental drugs, Don't put yourself, or your family or the rest of us at risk needlessly, get those vaccines.
