NOT ENOUGH. This piece of $hit should never see the light of day. I know there will be the inevitable "castrate him" comments. Guess what-a castrated person can STILL molest. The only sure way to keep others safe is to remove him from society permanently. Since MD doesn't have the guts to have the death penalty, life without parole is the only way.
6:40 PM he didn't get life because they didn't prosecute as first degree.

The life as a Tier 3 sex offender suggests that he'll get out way early.

I am very much aware of the differences between the various degrees of rape--my point was that any person-(correct that-a baby rapist cannot be considered human) that would RAPE A BABY should never be allowed to walk the streets again. If that was your baby would you be happy with a mere 20 years? I would bet you would want to administer a little justice of our own.....just saying...

I was locked up with TJ. Many things I could see him doing but not this. I see he took a bench trial and not jury. That's a little odd to put your fate in one man's hand with such serious accusations. He did however have Arch McFadden for a public defender so he had the best. Would anyone here take a bench trial for a murder charge? No? Why not?
This disparaging , filthy POS should be hung. He does not deserve to use up our precious oxygen.
Those guys don't last long in prison. He can murder somebody and get respect in prison, but raping a baby will get him nothing but ridicule and scorn, and death. He should be very afraid.
