Dar'shun Kendrick's "Testicular Bill of Rights" -- which is a response to a "heartbeat" bill moving through the legislature that would ban abortions often before women first realize they're pregnant -- would ban vasectomies, classify sex without a condom as aggravated assault, require men to pay child support during pregnancy and require men to get their partner's consent to buy Viagra.

Age that teens in New York would be able to get vaccines without their parents' consent under a proposed bill. Seven states, plus the District of Columbia, don't require minors to have parents' permission. The state of New York is currently facing a measles outbreak.
