A jeep ran off the road into a ditch. As I drove by I think he clipped the bus which was why it was stopped in the road. Police and fire had it under control.

School bus drivers tend to be more than a little aggressive, it's a wonder that they aren't more accidents in that group.
Most of them are ignorant and rude and do not abide by the law. They make some crazy moves and endanger their students and others on the road. They need to go to driving school.
@ 8:33AM and 3:44PM. Exactly right. They think they own the road and that everyone has to move for them. Crossing the center line, changing lanes without signals, exceeding the speed limit, using their cell phone, etc. See it every day.
