In a week that has been defined by blunders committed by the "Fake News" media, President Trump is taking his bashing of the American press to a whole new level.
Following an earlier tweet where he condemned the mainstream media outlets for bashing a teenager at a Catholic high school in Kentucky who was accused of harassing a Native American activist after video footage of the encounter was taken wildly out of context, Trump revealed that he told Press Secretary Sarah Sanders "not to bother" with press conferences because of the unfair and "rude" media coverage she receives.
The reason Sarah Sanders does not go to the “podium” much anymore is that the press covers her so rudely & inaccurately, in particular certain members of the press. I told her not to bother, the word gets out anyway! Most will never cover us fairly & hence, the term, Fake News!

The President's observation is correct, and leaving the Press Secretary as a sitting duck makes no sense. The riff-raff will have to do some real work to justify their wages. Win-win!
100% correct it's just a anti Trump witch Hunt.
I think it is smart. They are no longer news outlets rather troll outlets.
Absolutely! It's a shame that our "news" reporters have turned into Deep State liars and are no longer able to do their jobs, but so be it. They did this to themselves.
The era of misinformation has reached its pinnacle. Nothing says guilty like not being able to explain yourself.
This should have been done a year ago! Don't tell them nothing till you sign a new law. Screw them, they will have nothing to report so they will go under!
