Maryland man pleads guilty to voter fraud in West Virginia

Another Voting Fraud Conviction Obtained in West Virginia

Charleston, W.Va.— Secretary of State Mac Warner has announced that another conviction for voter fraud has been secured by his office.

Jeffrey Hartman, 73, of Westminster, Maryland, plead guilty to illegal voting in the Morgan County Magistrate Court on Tuesday. The investigation, conducted by West Virginia Secretary of State Investigator Gary Harmison, revealed Hartman was registered to vote in both West Virginia and Maryland. Hartman had cast ballots nine times in both states since 2006.

Hartman was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for one year of probation and ordered to pay a $100 fine and court costs.

Warner encourages citizens to call the Secretary of State’s Investigation Division at (877) FRAUD-WV if they observe illegal election activity.

How many of YOUR votes did this guy disenfranchize? Not to mention the cost of the "investigation" and the crappy $100 fine. Obviously, the "justice" system couldn't care less about YOUR vote!

$100 fine, that's a slap on the wrist. How about $10,000 fine and 10 years in jail. Apparently Hartman must have voting for that judges favorite party. Scum comes in all forms.

But Joe Biden and the Democrats claim there isn't voter fraud.
