Matt Maciarello
Good evening friends. Today the Daily Times published a story about President Trump and Attorney General Brian Frosh. In the story the paper used my picture which was placed next to a large print, anti-Trump quote from former Attorney General Doug Gansler. As I have received numerous calls and texts about the confusion this caused, I am hoping my friends will spread the word that I did not make any such comment about President Trump and would never comment publicly about individuals running for office or those holding office. (To do so would be a breach of judicial ethics and protocol.) The Daily Times has apologized for their error and the confusion this caused and I accept it—mistakes happen and to err is human!
Publishers Notes: Don't sweat it Matt, barely anyone gets that paper any more.

Wait...the Daily Times still exists?
To err is human. Do you apply that from the bench your Honor.
No worries your Honor. You’re a great man behind the bench and in your daily personal life. We know where you stand especially us that support you. And no worries even my grandparents don’t get the paper anymore and they were diehard daily times supporters got the paper delivered to the house every day now we have tablets for them and they just get on Salisbury News if they want the truth. We have it set up so all they have to do is hit two buttons And they’re on the main page they love it. No more paying a fortune for lies And as my grandfather put it there getting too old to fool with carrying logs into the fireplace so there’s no point in having the paper to start a fire with anymore he says the biggest fire they have in their houses with my grandmother lights the Yankee candles.
what do you expect from the lying deceptive left and the papers that support this twisted evil agenda. MAGA, red wave coming to clear the polluted blue destructive mess
That's not good enough. The Daily Times should have a representative go on air at WBOC and make a formal apology to this man. This half ass, fake news reporting has to stop, or be held accountable.
Some things are better left unsaid. Unless Matt put this statement out there, no one would know.
The Daily Waste of Times.
Thanks for correcting. It was confusing and disappointing to see your picture supporting the outrageous behavior of AG Brian Frosh and his blatant misappropriation of taxpayer monies.
Yeah along with Dan the weather man getting it wrong.
The Daily Waste of Times goes great when eatin crabs and corn! When done, you wrap everything up and off to the garbage it goes!!!!!
Simple, secure and all is right in the world!
Ironically a judge says " mistakes happen". That is rich coming from him.
not to worry Matt. Half of the Times 112 subscriber readers missed it anyhow.
Look in the dictionary under "fake news and very biased news" and you will see THE DAILY TIMES. I cancelled my subscription. If I want to read or hear slanted news, I will just catch some CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, NBC or any of those fake news "shows".
hay Matt, what do you expect from susan parker and her ilk?
keep up the good work. we don't listen to anything those liars have to say!
The Daily Times is such a loser.
Matt is a good man and he is missed as the Wicomico County State's Attorney. It was nice to have a man that did not have any connection to Ruark.
Got our Daily Times bill this week with a $5.00 charge for the Thanksgiving Day paper! Can hardly wait to see that!!!
Those ads are already paid for by those whose place the ads in the paper so they get paid twice. Just another rip off from The Daily Times. People are catching on to them and cancelling left and right.
