Rosenstein is resigning

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein has verbally resigned to Chief of Staff John Kelly in anticipation of being fired by President Trump, according to a source with direct knowledge. Per a second source with direct knowledge: “He’s expecting to be fired,” so he plans to step down.

9:03 - He is doing it anyway. Now Trump can replace him without Senate approval. Next Sessions and then we will be able to really deal with the swamp creatures.

He should not have been given any warning. He should have been taken into custody/detained, and the FBI should have taken his law enforcement credentials, badge and weapons from him. He should have also been locked out of his computer, but now he has time to steal information which he will try to use against the president.
