*WANTED* Reggie Marshall
Harrington - The Delaware State Police have arrested a suspect in connection with passing counterfeit bills at the Delaware State Fair while a second suspect still remains at large.
The incident occurred on Friday, July 27, 2018 at approximately 10:00 p.m. when Troopers working at the fair were alerted that two subjects were passing counterfeit bills to vendors to purchase beverages and food. A description of the suspects were provided to the Troopers, and subsequently one subject was taken into custody, 19-year-old Jerome Norton-Roberts of Harrington. A search of Norton-Robertsrevealed approximately 26 counterfeit one hundred dollar bills.
Norton-Roberts was transported to back to Troop 3, where he was charged with Forgery First Degree (Money Stamps Securities Other Valuables Issued By Government), Theft By False Pretense Under $1500, and Conspiracy. He was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court and released on $2,000.00 unsecured bond.
A second suspect, 17-year-old Reggie Marshall of Harrington, has been identified and currently has active warrants out of Troop 3 for Forgery First Degree (Money Stamps Securities Other Valuables Issued By Government), Theft By False Pretense Under $1500, and Conspiracy.
This case continues to remain under investigation and anyone with information in reference to the whereabouts of Reggie Marshall is asked to please contact Troop 3, Detective S. Ryan at 302-697-4454.
