Druggies appeared downwind trying to extinguish the fire by inhaling deeply.
Why all the thick black smoke? That doesn't seem normal. Is that the black tar?
The black smoke is from the burning plexiglas walls and ceilings of the greenhouses, plus all of the plastic tables, tubs, tubes, pipes, electrical conduit and floor liners. The weed probably accounts for 5% of what's burning. Breathing this smoke would be a bad thing.
