Incident: Assault, Vandalism
Date of Incident: 6 May 2018
Location: S Kaywood Dr, Salisbury
Suspect: Middelton, Jezelle A; 22 of Gwynn Oak, MD
Narrative: On 5-6-18 at 0327 hrs, Deputies were dispatched to a residence on S. Kaywood Dr. for a disturbance. The Deputies learned that Jezelle Middleton arrived at the house and was refusing to leave. She allegedly threw a lamp at a resident and poured laundry detergent on the carpet inside the house. The Deputies and the resident told Middleton to leave and she refused. Middleton was arrested and transported to Central Booking.
Charges: Assault 2nd Degree, 2 counts of Malicious Destruction of Property, Disturb the Peace, Fail to obey a lawful order

Morgan, Norman
Incident: CDS possession
Date of Incident: 7 May 2018
Location: Snow Hill Rd and Carroll St, Salisbury
Suspect: Morgan, Norman Vaughn; 28, of Salisbury
Narrative: On 5-7-18, a Deputy conducted a traffic stop for the driver and occupant not wearing their seatbelt. The Deputy called a Sheriff’s K9 Unit to assist with the stop. Upon the arrival of the K9 to the scene the driver, Norman Morgan, advised that he had heroin on him. The Deputy located the heroin. Morgan was charged with CDS possession was and transported to Central Booking.

Burns, Jonathan
Incident: Unlawful Detention
Date of Incident: 7 May 2018
Location: Buckingham Cir, Salisbury
Suspect: Burns, Jonathan Warren; 39 of Salisbury
Narrative: On 5-7-18, Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Buckingham Cir for a domestic disturbance. The Deputies made contact with Jonathon Burns and a female inside of the house. The female advised that Mr Burns locked her inside the house and stopped her multiple attempts to leave. A witness advised she overheard Burns yelling that he was not going to allow the victim to leave. Burns was arrested and transported to Central Booking.
Charges: Unlawful Detention
