Traffic stops are nothing but a means to search people and vehicles without probable cause.

With Maryland in the Marijuana drug growing/dealing business any marijuana related arrests are hypocricy.

Man, a lot of cops are going to lose their jobs when (not if) legalization takes place in Maryland in a few years. The sad part is, many of those same cops are smokers too. But please don't ask me how I know. I'll just say that I do, and leave it at that.

Long list of traffic stops with illegal drug/s in the car. Safe to assume a 'high' percentage had drugs in their bodies at the same time.

Weed advocates are just interested their own pleasure and will attempt to justify the behavior, and subsequent accidents.

I see cars in other states pulled over and rarely if ever see a K9 scan being done. The cops in this area call for a k9 almost every time they stop a vehicle. If pot is decriminalized (civil fine), how are you supposed to get it to your home from where you buy it?
