Hang him!!
Okay, here's where it starts. Will he now have a police record of this event? Will he get a psych evaluation? Will he be put on psychotic meds? Will all this be tagged to his name and SSN? Will this crime be reported on the City/ County statistics?
If not, he will be able to pass a background check at 18, buy an AR-15 and do whatever he wants with it.
Are you okay with that?
Go after the parents.
Five minutes of fame for him now a lifetime of shame!
HellH have a juvenile record unless his case gets waived to an adult status.
Any guns in the home should be confiscated.
I'd like to know what kind of threatening comments he made and on what kind of school assignment. If he just said he thinks the principle and other staff members are a bunch friggin idiots maybe he's right.
