While 99% of the Delmarva has recovered, the Wood Creek housing development in Delmar has not. There has not been a new home built there since 2007, yet there are 271 lots still available for building homes. The person who owns these undeveloped lots is Barry Mehta from Columbia, MD. He is a total loser. He is a convicted felon who has been convicted of Medicaid and Medicare and other insurance frauds. He thinks that the court system is the way for him to spend his days filing lawsuits against real Americans who were born here in the US and are not convicted felons. The Wood Creek housing development has gone from a high-end development to a trashy development because he does not provide top notch lawn care even though the HOA is $90.00 per month. Instead Barry Mehta hired Chris Zidanic for the lawn care and Chris does not know the difference between grass and weeds. He is MIA from Wood Creek and hires people who are not legal residents of the US to mow the weeds that he has allowed to grow because he does not have the licenses required to apply weed killer and pesticides. There is no grass left in Wood Creek…nothing but weeds. There are 2 homes that have beautiful lawns but that is because they do their own lawn care.

Nor does Chris Zidanic know how to manage a golf course. He has killed the once vibrant Wood Creek Golf Course. No one golfs there anymore. The “greens” are weeds and there is no maintenance of any of the 18 holes. The geese have been allowed to develop Wood Creek Golf Course as their home base and their feces are everywhere.

The longtime homeowners of Wood Creek have been experiencing financial hardships because their home values plummeted due to Barry Mehta buying the undeveloped lots at a foreclosure auction and then controlling the HOA because he owns more lots than there are regular homeowners. The Wicomico County council and Executive Director Bob Culver need to help these Wood Creek homeowners. They pay real estate taxes, they pay taxes when they do their shopping in this county, support local businesses and own local businesses, are employees of local businesses, and support the local schools where their kids go to school. They are local and need the help of the local governments. Barry Mehta is not local and is not an American and is a convicted felon. And he clogs up the US legal system with frivolous lawsuits against real Americans.

11:41 AM your first sentence made you look like a complete and utter moron. 99% of delmarva HAS NOT recovered.

Flippin ignorant whiner crying that only your street has not recovered?

I did not bother to read the rest of your dribble.

Do your homework before making sweeping statements about Maryland. PG County, for example, still is feeling from subprime mortgages and insane fees put on thousands of wannabe homeowners.
