DELMAR FRIENDS!!!!!! be on the lookout for a suspicious white and tan van.... they have been riding around flashing their lights at kids and opening their doors!!!!!! Delmar PD has been notified of the incident!!
Additional information: the van parked at the end of the road for a good 5 minutes...started flashing lights and opening the door ... then left .... about an hour later the same man came back in a different colored van.....

Time for a little street judtice. We are out looking for this perv. If we find him..........he won't do this anymore.

Not illegal to park on a public street.
Take a photo!!
If it looks suspicious report it. What harm is in it. If you are not up to something wrong then no problem. Could save a child's life or whatever.
Did the right thing in reporting! A better description of vehicles would be a help in looking out for them in other neighborhoods.
