It was okay up until he started calling their Dad's loser's, Trying to diminish someones parent is step one in the grooming process for a child molester.

Agreed. This dad is probably coaching to make sure that his son gets to start. He needs to be thrown out of the league and banned from coaching.
He reminds me of those losers coaching the Parkside High School baseball team. Who the hell picked those clowns?
He slipped up and said "gooder" and then played along pretended that he wanted to say it the whole time. The kids are smarter than him and corrected him while he tried to play it off.
It's all satire. There's a whole series of this "little league coaches" speech. The kids are in on it. The bloopers for these are hilarious.
And "gooder" looks to be a slogan for a local company.

Well I'm not sure about the "child molester" part. Can you cite your sources.
My kids play travel baseball and high school baseball and those coaches do the same thing.
One of the travel ball coaches would make the kids line their gear bags on the ground right behind the dugout to so the dads couldn't stand behind the dugout and talk to their kids. Instead of coming up with some good conversation and letting the parents know that they are a distraction during the game he did that stupid crap.
to many individuals like this out there. He's supposed to be teaching skills and a love for the game to kids that young. so if they lose, was it because of their play or his lack of coaching skills? as for winning or losing I guess it's how you define it. I'll lose the battle to win the war!
but then there's a difference between working with marines and little children!

This guy needs to be fired he talks to the players like their stupid, he's the stupid one. There is no indication what so ever that he has the ability to lead and be a role model, you can teach winning a game without all the mean remarks when they don't have the answer he is going for, he is the one that doesn't have a clue.
