Democratic Sen. Tom Carper says ‘dreamer’ illegal immigrants should be hired to replace millions of Americans who supposedly are too unskilled, uneducated, unethical or drugged up to work for companies.
“I think the business community is saying that to the administration [and] they are certainly saying that to those of us in the Congress, and we should focus on that,” Carper told MSNBC.
“We have a moral responsibility to them,” Carper said about the roughly 690,000 ‘dreamer’ illegals, not about Americans. Carper added, “doing a deal with the dreamers is as much about — as I said earlier — is about making sure we have the folks who can go to work tomorrow.”

Then he should stop all Federal / State checks from going to these Americans. He is / will be paying these same Federal / State checks to these illegals which means illegals get double pay. Send all illegals back along with all family members and eliminate these tax payer dollars from going to them.

2:38 the problem is the so called 'dreamers' are here without permission; arrived illegally as minors. They might or might not want to be citizens, and to follow the citizenship application process.
Illegal aliens of all ages 'take' the jobs of citizens by suppressing wages since they will work for wages below the market, and under conditions that can be poor. But it is a better deal than in their home countries.
First we need the wall and stringent border enforcement.
Then we need to address how to register and categorize those already here illegally. Green card to some; back home to others. Deport the criminals, and if they show up again a long, automatic, prison sentence.
