How does anyone expect a reduction in black on black murder? Some, including the representatives of blacks themselves, call this a "cultural" anomaly. Go figure. And thank you, local black leaders, including Shanie Shields, April Jackson, and R. Hardy Rudasill. You all are without any intervention ability whatsoever; you're just suckups in local politics. Why people vote for you is only because of the voting districts created by then-mayor James Ireton. Ireton wants you to kill one another, and to empty the West Side to enable landlords, property investors and local money to decimate your populations.
It isn't just the west side that Ireton wants to fail. He, with the help of the NAACP, sliced the city up like a pork roast to "equalize" racial numbers. What he achieved, the Obama apostle that he pretends to be, is to bring down the whole city.
That woman ain't gonna be too popular with the NAACP.
