I don't think that this blurb reached anyone, except to put them to sleep.
I took a chance and watched this clip. It seems like a warning that prescription drugs are a danger. The additives in them could kill you. Well instead of targeting the public for using drugs ordered by their doctor, shouldn't you point a finger at the manufacturers that supplies the product or how about the FDA that should over see the product. The good governor has enough people in his cabinet that did this video, to oversee or control the problem. Clay Stamp emergency management now in the drug force?
Assemble the most boring people in state government, give them a theme that has no answer, then put it out to the public. It just goes to show how disconnected they are.
