Salisbury is closed? So what , who goes there? That's why they have a by-pass.
It's a beautiful day in Salisbury! It looks like a post card downtown, snow on trees and landscaping, You are missing a beautiful scene trying to put down a beautiful City!
Now lets see who gets fined for throwing snow in the street or not shoveling their sidewalk.
It may look beautiful but that is just the snow covering the truth.
It is easier to track the criminals with snow on the ground.

You must be blind. In case you haven't noticed, Salisbury is still closed. Main Street construction is endlessly ongoing, RT 13 - South Salisbury Blvd. the businesses still haven't recovered from the past 3 years of road construction, the Rt. 13 bypass - is partially closed, and the Salisbury WWTP is still dumping into the Wicomico River.
NOW WHAT BEAUTY IS THERE TO ADMIRE? You must be blind - or - are affiliated with the DT Fake News organization.
Evidently, some people here look on the bright side and see the glass full. Others are always dark and gloomy and their glass is empty.
