Breaking News: After late changes, the Republicans' $1.5 trillion tax plan has the votes to pass. Senators Marco Rubio and Bob Corker just backed it.
As details emerged about the final bill, it became clear that the agreement would provide slightly more generous tax breaks to low- and middle-income Americans by reducing some benefits for higher earners, one of several tweaks intended to solve the budget problems standing between the bill’s passage and President Trump’s desk, according to people briefed on the final plan.

So now republicans are for adding MORE to the deficit???? Talk aboit hypocrisy and I HATE LIBERALS TOO
How is a 1.5 trillion DOLLAR TAX CUT adding to the Deficit????? You MUST be JOKING.
910 the only hypocrisy is pretending to be republican and not READ like most LIBERALS
11pm unless you have an immediate plan to cut spedning, especially on medicare, this just adds to the deficit
11am.....It does add more to the deficit. Less taxes means less money to the government......if government spending doesn’t go down (and it isn’t) the deficit goes UP.
Not rocket science.
642 I don't have a liberal math calculator like the one your using but I'll take my tax cut and you worry about Medicare. Thank you.
I agree with Bernie 80 percent in taxes are good for everyone except me I'll pay 13 percent like Bernie. :).
