All that Vino has affected her brain.
If she is speaking I turn it off, can't imagine "anyone" wanting to hear what she has to say.......such an obvious liar.

What's wrong with her is that she is to vain to wear glasses and can't see enough to read the teleprompter. Most all politicians can't think for themselves anymore and can only say what the teleprompter tells them.
