Players across multiple team teams took a knee during the national anthem Sunday. It was despicable. I was ashamed to see that a number of players on my team did the same.
I expected better from the Patriots organization, and I’m not the only one who feels that way. Cue Former Patriots star Matt Light. The Super Bowl Champ spoke to the Boston Herald about his former teammates’ actions, and he said he’s absolutely ashamed.
“If you think that it’s OK to take a knee during our national anthem and disrespect openly the national anthem, you are wrong,” Light said. “I don’t care if you have a ‘but what about’ or a ‘it’s because of,’ that doesn’t’ matter.”

They need to change their name now, since they are no longer patriots. How about the New England Nancy's?

How about New England Traitors.
