So he got 7 years, non violent so he will serve anywhere from 3 hours to 2 years. I have had my stuff stolen and no leads.
I had stuff stolen, found it in pawnshop and called MSP. I tracked down individuals address, got permission from landlord to search outbuildings and called MSP back after finding more of my stuff. SA nolle prosed it. Defendant snitched on someone else in narcotics case.
SMH!
No 12:09. 1st degree burglary is a "crime of violence" under the code so he will have to do 50% of his sentence (4 years) before he is eligible for parole.
