Get ready Canal Woods - you are almost certain to flood again.
That's why it was named "canal" woods. Built in a ditch.
Years ago I looked into buying a unit in Canal Woods and was very taken with the area until the Realtor told me that flood insurance was involved. NO THANKS. That tells people the possibilities.
Dan says there is a chance TEXAS may get some flooding !!
