Ravens Coach John Harbaugh ‘Wouldn’t Rule Out’ Signing Kaepernick

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said during a press conference Thursday that he wouldn’t rule out signing former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick.

Ravens training camp began Thursday without longtime quarterback Joe Flacco, who’s out with a sore back.

When asked about Kaepernick, Harbaugh said, “No, I wouldn’t rule it out at all. I mean, he’s a really good football player. I believe he’s a really good person.”

Several media outlets have reported that, following Kaepernick’s controversial decision to kneel during the national anthem throughout the 2016 season, he is being shunned by the NFL. Kaepernick has been a free agent since opting out of his contract with the 49ers in March.

Last season, I didn't watch much football due to this prick. I like the Ravens but if they get this prick, I guess I'll start bowling during game days.

Looking forward to protesting against his stupid ass. He's a disgrace to the game and this country. He got what he wanted just happened to blow up in his face, now he's sorry and won't kneel during the anthem. They'll burn Baltimore the rest of the way down if that clown comes into town

I will stop supporting the Raven's if he did that. Even going so far as switching to the Steelers!!
That would be the dumbest thing they could ever do.

Oh hell no, that piece of trash needs to stay OUT and OFF the football field!

We don't want this trash on the Baltimore roster.

I'll never watch a Ravens game again if they sign this clown.

I am not a Ravens fans, but for the fans sake Harbaugh please don't. Would not surprise me though.

Harbaugh can pick anyone other than Kaepernick. That piece of scum should never be allowed to play any sport and get paid.

Why not he fits The Baltimore City mentality. I despise the Ravens anyhow and now I will never watch if I even watched to root against them.

Steve Bisciotti, are you listening? We that went to SU with you will stay home.

If he knelt for the National Anthem in the town in which it was written, there would be a severely negative reaction.

If you want to lose a family of loyal fans then hire that ignorant coward.

@1:09 amen to that! A lot of these morons don't even realize the magnitude of the song and it's origination. I can tell you this though already forming group waiting to see if Baltimore is dumb enough to bring this clown into town just for a GAME, either way shit will hit the fan if he does or doesn't kneel if playing in Baltimore. Its time got this clown to just go away ala johnny manziel style. Don't go away mad just go away

1:09 has hit the bullseye!

Hiring the disgrace who intentionally and repeatedly disrespected our flag to play in the city where The Star-Spangled Banner was inspired and written?

Harbaugh needs to be checked at Shepard-Pratt!

12:55 AMEN!!! Thug with thugs!!!

Not gonna happen, Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti is no dummy, he knows this could backfire in a big way. Besides Ravens just signed some QB named Olsen for camp, so everybody just need to relax.

They get that a$$hole and i will no longer be a Ravens fan. I will throw all my Raves shirts, ect. away and root for the Eagles!

Maybe if they hadn't given Flacco so much money, they could have had a decent back-up ready to go. He costs so much they had to let the good receivers go because they ran out of money.

Both of the Harbaugh brothers have something in common with Kaepernick. All three of them are major whiners.

Last year for coach. Tired of excuses and broken players.
