They certainly do like generating a lot of wasted paper, don't they? Do they send these packets to make it look like they're actually doing something?
Sending in paper? You mean distributing digitally. Paper copies are available for review in the clerk's office, for, I imagine, a better view of things like plats, maps and pictures that might be included in a particular week's packet.
