That section of 13 should be called the Salisbury speedway since everybody goes through there like it's the Daytona 500.
I thought dark window tint was illegal on front door windows.
Given how people were "driving" (more like aiming) along there earlier, it's no wonder.

Maybe if their tint wasn't so dark, which I personally know is basically black out in the rain. (my ex's car was like that)
Someone mentioned illegals....how many were involved? I mean, aren't we a sanctuary state?
