Let's not forget than Cardon, Carper, Coons, Kaine, Van Hollen and Warner all opposed Judge Gorsuch and tried to filibuster his appointment to the Supreme Court.

Let's invoke a rule that each of the nay voters have to get at least 60% of the popular vote in their state in the next election to stay in the senate.
