Breaking News: The Supreme Court has vacated an appeals court ruling in favor of a transgender boy in light of a move by the Trump administration
The Supreme Court on Monday announced that it would not hear a major case on transgender rights after all, acting after the Trump administration changed the federal government’s position on whether public schools had to allow transgender youths to use bathrooms that matched their gender identities.

If you were one of the 1% of the population that has some form of genital birth defect would you want to STAY HOME all the time? How heartless and ignorant! No one can help the way they are born, and yes some people have both sets of genitalia by no fault of their own. In many of these cases, the parents, physicians, and of course the patient, make "the best call" when they reach puberty. No birth certificate checks for these folks please! But by the grace of God, it could be you are someone in your family.
Obama's bathroom guidelines. What a legacy! It's BIOLOGY, stupid. Not a mental (abnormal) preference to use a bathroom that contradicts your biological gender. That guideline was the epitome of the convoluted agenda of the Obama administration.
Perhaps someone in the Trump Admin. realized that this law would not stand up because it violates the American Disability Act.

Get off your self righteous, sanctimonious soap box and talk about what the case is about. The case is about a biological girl that wants to use the boy's bathroom. Obviously, whatever bathroom that a hermaphrodite (.7% are born with that abnormality) wants to use is okay with all the rest of us. They can legitimately chose whatever gender they want to identify with, as they are endowed with both. The case mentioned has nothing to do with that condition. This is simply a case where an individual wants to IDENTIFY with a gender OPPOSITE of her biological gender. And that is a mental disorder, not a physical one. Until her gender is surgically changed to a gender other than the one she was born with, she belongs in the women's bathrooms. And that should be the LAW!

Being born with a penis or a vagina is a genital birth defect?? You, Sir/Madame, have a serious mental defect!
