Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell on Sunday put the kibosh on using taxpayers' money to investigate President Donald Trump's claim of voter fraud in the presidential election.
In an interview on CNN's "State of the Union," the Kentucky Republican said he believes there likely is voter fraud, though not as widespread as Trump has suggested.
"I think the states can take a look at this issue," he added. "Many of them have tried to tighten their voter rolls, tried to purge people who are dead."

That is because Mitch McConnell is part of the establishment and behind this. Why wouldn't you want to investigate voter fraud. That is irresponsible leadership.
The heart of the fraud cases are in the heart of democrat stronghold states. Making Feds back out means democratic crooks continue with fraud, just look at MD!!!
I think TrueTheVote can get this done if they get the support they need.
I was hoping the feds could help out with that.
Mitch McConnell is a traitor. He knows there is plenty of fraud, but he wants to keep Trump from getting too powerful because that would decrease his power. Like 2:04 said, McConnell is part of the establishment and therefore he is no better than the demonrats are.
What are you afraid of, Mitch? We spend money on plenty of things that seem frivolous.
