Has Molly Crossed The Line With Defamation, Even Against A Public Figure?

As many of you know, I had been sued a few times in the past referencing defamation of character from public officials, they all lost.

In order to win such a case you have to prove the person knowingly and willingly LIED, something very difficult to actually prove.

In Molly's case, you lose your First Amendment Right when you flat out LIE.

There are NO charges of RAPE against Donald Trump, therefore there is NO evidence of such a statement on her behalf. Ultimately President Trump could sue Molly for defamation of character and easily win.

Not that she is worth his time, perhaps the White House should investigate these Liberals, file lawsuits against them and force them to retain attorneys at a very hefty expense.

Molly LIEkovic is a sick twisted LIAR. It is one thing to have beliefs that you stand by but she out and out LIES. She is a pathological and a habitual LIAR.
Not only have there never been any charges filed criminal or civil again President Trump for rape but no one has even accused him of that.
But this sick LIAR (whose parents heads should be dragging the ground in shame over what a sick LIAR they spawned!!!) chooses to spread LIES.
THEN in an attempt to make herself look important she LIES over her place of employment both on here and on Facebook. When she's called out on being nothing but a LIAR she LIES to cover that LIE.
She and the rest of the nothing LIE about everything. What they don't LIE about they give false narratives because they are low information.
She will be a complete failure at anything she ever tries to do unless and until she fixes herself and stops with all the LYING she constantly does.

Molly lies like she does because she's not happy with herself. She lies to fluff herself up i.e. she works for Delmarva Public Radio. She lived in that fantasy until it was made public she wasn't being truthful. She would best be served by starting with her appearance. No young girl should look as unkempt, as unhygienic as she does. Pride in appearance goes a long way in overcoming feelings of inferiority and they she would have no reason to lie.

Poor, poor Molly. She just needs to go back to her 'basement' or wherever she puts down her sleeping bag and get some rest. I'm sure the last week has been stressful on her little mind

She is trying to make herself relevant. She's insecure and not happy with her life and wants to be know and liked....you 15 minutes are up youngster

I don't see any names on that poster. Could be about Bill Clinton or any current employee in the WH.

Wonder if Molly can afford a lawyer should Trump choose to sue her. Lawyers aren't provided by legal aid in civil suits for one's negligent activities. Because it's not a crime, no public defender either.

When will people like Molly learn to think?

SU must be so proud she's one of their illustrious alums. Nice advertising for the country to see what comes out of their academic programs.

She has published the false accusations against Trump all over her Twitter account.

What law school did you graduate from? A plaintiff in a defamation suit doesn't have to be named. It only has to be shown that a reasonable person would understand that the statement was about him/her.
With this there are more then enough identifying facts that any person (but not necessarily every)person seeing it would reasonably understand it to be about President Trump.

The problem is what we are dealing with are people like Molly. She's always been a peon and always will be a peon so short of public humiliation there is not much to gain by suing her. Any lawyer she would retain is going to tell her she's screwed because this is text book defamation.

That's because she's a liar. She lies habitually and pathologically. This is why their group won't amount to anything. People see right through liars like her. That's why Donald Trump won. You can only tell so many lies before people become wife and migrate toward the side of truth and righteousness. Personally I hope they keep it up.

I am not a lawyer but wondering; can the GOP sue on Trump's behalf the way the ACLU goes after conservatives?

Wonder if Molly is somehow tied to one of George Soro's groups?
Is she being paid "behind the scenes" in order to keep the radical lefts agenda in the news?

2:27 the ACLU has a plaintiff/plaintiffs. They are the legal representation. Like the latest by the ACLU is Darweesh v Trump. Darweesh was detained by the ban.

Joe, you know as well as I do who she intended to be the target, but it does not say his name. No case. Casting further doubt is the fact that a previous president was accused of rape. Just as the ex husband with violent temper can't be the subject of restraining order until he attempts to do harm or does harm.

6:41 does not matter if a name is mentioned. Refer to comment 1:54 above.

Not a lawyer. Those in the public eye, and even more particularly in politics, end up losing in a practical sense much of the protection and recourse that a private citizen has. Even where a suit is possible they bear the cost of the proceeding unless they win and are awarded costs. To top it, many of those running their mouth don't have two cents to rub together so collecting would be difficult.

Opinion: Shedding no light on her actions or thoughts will hasten the day when they cease to draw attention. It's OK to be aware of what she/they plan but that doesn't require giving her free publicity.

129 that's why you sue with a team of attorneys and let the Court decide!
