Joe is this even legal? Can they just make food in a restaurant and sell it on the street? Don't they have to be able to keep it either warm or cold. I don't know about this. It doesn't sound like it is an actual food truck but just a restaurant that will bring food. What about all the businesses that are on the plaza? Why not eat there?
From what I have read today it looks more like a Pro Muslim rally.

They have good food.
It says snacks and food "for sale" so they would have to at least have a vendor's license to sell on the street.
Just like any organized event the restaurant would need to get a 1 day off premise catering license from the health department. This is usually needed a few weeks in advance. Since they already have a food license there is no charge but still needs to be run through the health department.
I am a Trump supporter and I think this protest is ridiculous.
With that said Taj Mahal is a nice restaurant and I have always had great service with them. One day on my wife's birthday I wanted to surprise her with some Indian food as something different.
I showed up and it turned out they were closed. One of them noticed me when I tried to open the door and came out. When I explained to them I had just popped by to get some take out for my wife's birthday they offered to cook me whatever I wanted and let me inside. When my wife came home from work she had a nice dish of Chicken Tika Masala and some roses setup on the table waiting for her.
We all have a right to protest even if its for idiotic reasons like the left so often wants to do. If that protest can somehow put money in the local economy by using the service of local business' then that is at least one good thing coming out of it.
To pick on these guys just because they were chosen to serve food at the rally only supports what these idiots are protesting and I for one would not want to give them the satisfaction.
The liberal left does a fine job of giving us examples of their idiocy. You can focus on any one of them but really we should pick our battles and this is simply not one worth getting into a tizzy over.
Their event will be dwarfed by the other event planned for the day. Those who wish to silence and seek to destroy the just and the righteous never prevail. God won't allow it. Just like He didn't allow the evildoers to prevail in the election. He will continue to touch the good, the just, the righteous in the mid terms.
The oppositions resistance is the work of God. More and more people are coming to the side of the good because of their lies and destructive ways which they put on display at these events. They thought they were being smart by interrupting the Trump rallies pre election and see what that got them? One by one people are and will defect to the side of good because of their actions. They are biting off their noses to spite their faces is all they are doing.
Well, last time I checked Muslims were still American so... we'll bring some food over to the other rally, don't worry. #enoughforall

Don't be so ridiculous and do stop with that lying. Some of the hardest names in the world to pronounce are for example from former communist countries. No one is afraid of these people. So a business was asked to provide a service in which they will profit from. That sounds like capitalism. I don't know many restuarants that would turn this down. The owner TJ is a great guy whom I have known for years.

The best is our boycotts work-Kellogg's for example. There's never do Chik fil A for example. Sales skyrocketed when they called for their boycott.

A real true capitalist has the sense to stay neutral by not participating. They depend solely on the local community. Becoming involved only shows poor judgement on the restaurant's part.

Food would be good if it wasn't room temperature. Spotted a baby roach on the wall next to our booth. Ordered water and received a glass with lipstick on the rim.. I wasn't wearing lipstick.

I was at the rally and saw no food offered for sale.
In the markets, These people will sell you seven day old goat knuckles and call them aged... You can not trust them. Most of these people consider Americans on par with women and pigs. They consider dogs a rung higher.
