Great to see them build up as the years have passed.
I heard they wanted to get rid of the ship yard to create more room for more luxury waterfront welfare housing.

This isn't new. I've been riding by this shipyard every day for at least five years now. That shipyard has been cranking out work everyday. At least one vessel in the warehouse and one in the water being worked on. Lots of employees working.
And now they've got four huge buildings to do work on land, before a vessel is launched.
Impressive.
