Lemon, Purnell, Chandler
Incident: Home Invasion-Armed Robbery
Date of Incident: October 28, 2016
Location: 700-Block Dennis Street, Salisbury, Maryland 21801
Suspect 1: Eric Anthony Lemon, 21 year old male
Suspect 2: Diante Maurice Purnell, 28 year old male
Suspect 3: Dominic Keith Chandler, 26 year old male
Suspect 4: Jamal Marcus Church, 25 year old male (still attempting to locate)
Narrative: On October 28, 2016 at approximately 11:00 p.m. the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 700-block of Dennis Street, Salisbury, Wicomico County, Maryland, in reference to a home invasion-robbery. The victim stated he was home alone when the suspects forced entry into his residence. The suspects were armed with firearms and proceeded to beat the victim. The victim received injuries as a result of the assault. The suspects proceeded to steal items from the home and fled the area. The victim was transported to Peninsula Regional Medical Center for his injuries. The Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division (CID) responded and assumed the investigation.
On November 29, 2016, detectives were able to identify all four suspects involved in the home invasion-robbery and are identified as Eric Anthony Lemon, Diante Maurice Purnell, Dominic Keith Chandler, and Jamal Marcus Church.
On November 30, 2016 CID detectives with the assistance of the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Emergency Response Team and the Salisbury Police Tactical Team, executed four search warrants at the following locations:
700- Block of Richmond Avenue, Salisbury, Maryland
600-Block of Morris Street, Salisbury, Maryland
700-Block of Dennis Street, Salisbury, Maryland
900-Block of East Road, Salisbury, Maryland
Lemon, Purnell, and Chandler were located and arrested during the execution the search and seizure warrants. Additionally, three firearms were located and seized during the search of the homes. Lemon, Purnell and Chandler were charged and are being held without bond, at the Wicomico County Detention Center.
Detectives are still attempting to locate Jamal Marcus Church. Anyone with information about this case or the location of Jamal Church are urged to call Detective Robert Wilson at 410-548-4898.
Charges: Home Invasion, Burglary, Conspiracy-Home Invasion, Assault 1st Degree, Assault 2nd Degree, Armed Robbery, Robbery, Burglary 1st Degree, Burglary 3rd Degree, Burglary 4th Degree, Handgun on Person, Reckless Endangerment, False Imprisonment, Theft Less $1,000.00, Malicious Destruction of Property.


Tyvon Keyon Davis
Incident: Possession with intent to distribute CDS: Narcotic
Date of Incident: 11/17/16
Location: 200-Block of Clover Street, Salisbury, Maryland 21804
Suspect: Tyvon Keyon Davis, 28 years old
Narrative:  The Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office Community Action Team (CAT) had received information that Tyvon Keyon Davis (28 year old male) was selling controlled dangerous substances, from his home, in the area of the 200-Block of Clover Street, Salisbury, Maryland. After receiving this information, a criminal investigation was initiated. On November 17, 2016, members of the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office Community Action Team (CAT), assisted by members of the Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division (CID) executed a search and seizure warrant at Davis’ residence. During the execution of this warrant, Deputies located an amount of cocaine, which was packaged in a manner indicative of distribution. Deputies also located a digital scale and a sum of U.S. currency in the residence. Davis was charged with various traffic charges, possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance and other related charges. A District Court Commissioner set bond for Davis, in the amount of $50,000. Davis was released after posting this bond.
Charges: CDS: POSS W/INTENT DIST: NARC, CDS: POSS PARAPHERNALIA, CDS: POSSESS-NOT MARIJUANA and Traffic Charges.

Davis is far from 28 he is more like 38 and dumb as a door knob
