BALTIMORE (WJZ)– The Calvert County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an incident where nooses have been located at the Dominion Cove Point facility in Lusby.
Kiewit and the North American Trades Union are working with Dominion, to assist the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office in identifying the person or people that are responsible for the acts.
The Trades Union has increased the reward to $250,000 for any member that provides information leading to the identification of the responsible individuals.

Why is there a reward? There is nothing illegal about a noose. Actually some States still have it as a death penalty procedure.
LEO's shot every day and they want to put a reward of 250 large for the actor responsible for handling a piece of rope with nothing on either end. Priorities are messed up bad.

But no one cared when this was done at Salisbury University, geez, must have been some lax law enforcement on our useless police department, or prosecutor. Obviously this is a big crime to merit a $250,000 reward!

"Hate speech." What's "hate speech?" The opposite of love speech? The First Amendment to our Constitution gives everyone freedom of speech, whether you like, or dislike, whether you love, or hate someone's speech; especially speech against the government and speech you might find offensive. Yes, there is some speech that is prohibited, like yelling "fire" in a crowded theater, but, even this is not hate, or love, or like, or dislike speech, it is disorderly conduct. Why? Because you are free to yell "fire," just be prepared to pay the price as to where and why you yelled "fire."
It is time to stop the politically correct way of speaking! Say what you will, knowing you are responsible for what you say to whom, when, where and why you say what you say. Putting nooses around is speech, and may be a crime, i.e. trespassing, etc., but it is just, plain speech, nothing more and nothing less.
Why is it against the law to have or make a noose? Cowboys have them for roping .

Well than, time to prosecute the offenders that did it here, I am sure the county is within the statute of limitations deadline.
Someone commits a murder and there is no reward, yet this gets a 250k rewards? How do they justify this.
