BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Gov. Larry Hogan has written in his father, former Rep. Lawrence Hogan, as his choice to be president.
Doug Mayer, Hogan’s spokesman, said Tuesday the Republican governor voted early.
Hogan has been saying for months that he wasn’t going to support Republican Donald Trump. He has said he has been extremely disappointed in the candidates from both major parties.

I voted for Hogan and I can I deeply appreciate his love for his father, but I will never forget that he was one of the Republicans who bailed on their own party.
Spin faster on that thumb hogan, your not going anywhere!
I will vote for a democrat for governor next time.
And if he doesn't work for conceal carry, his a** will be next on the outbound train
sorta disrespectful of the position.
Agree
Are we supposed to think his voting choice was funny? Making fun of our political system when you are part of that system is stupid, not funny.
Hogan is going to lose federal money for the state for not backing the party.time to move to Delaware.
One term Larry...why can't this state find a Gov that can last 8 years??
Dave T: Dear Mr. Hogan, you like few of the remaining establishment politicians we are in the process of weeding out, have a penchant for being a true "dickhead." Seems like this unique ability you have is a natural talent on your part. Congratulations on your idiocy.
I look forward to watching how history etches your name among the other losers in its book of failures.
I voted for hogan a few years ago. i hate people who tuck tail and run when the going gets tough. i will not be voting for hogan in 2 years.
Get his ass out in the next one. See ya at the polls.
I respect his choice. Nobody should vote for someone just because they have a d or r next to their name.
I'm sure Md. voters will remember Larry. I wonder if President Trump will too?
The eastern Shore supported Hogan last time just as we did Trump. You can't support Trump? We wont support you. We need to have a primary to boot him out before the next election.
Run him out of office and get another O'Malley, yeah that will show him.
He's ignorant. I imagine he thought doing this would be clever. This reflects poorly on his father and how he was raised. He should have just kept his mouth shut and never brought up who he voted for again.
Wasted his vote. Why did he bother to vote at all?
"There are consequences to elections."
Barack Obama
Punish those so-called republicans who opposed their own party.
The stakes were too great for any of that posturing.
They ALL can be replaced and thats what we should do.
