A Glendale, Arizona woman was glad to have a pistol holstered to her hip when she was approached early Monday morning by an armed gunman intent on doing harm.
Carolann Miracle, a petite woman who stands at only 4 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs 85 pounds, was leaving the Circle K gas station convenience store with her family, when the suspect, Frank Taylor (below), asked if he could have a cigarette and a lighter. After she told him she didn't have any, Taylor pulled a gun on her and her sister.
“He stuck the gun to my neck and said, ‘It’s loaded, bitch, don’t move,’” Miracle told KNXV. ”I think he thought, ‘She’s a little girl. Maybe she doesn’t know how to use her weapon.’”
Miracle, who's father was a Marine, said, “I dropped my soda, released my gun from my holster, cocked it and shot him. Then we ran the opposite way."

This story is better than Dr. Seusse! Got to love that woman for not taking any crap.
I ALWAYS carry. Not legally but who cares. My family's life is worth it.
Why do I have a feeling this was another illegal immigrant?
Kudos to her!! protect yourself and your family first
It said his name was Frank Taylor. That sounds like a pretty American name to me.
Just don't do this if the perp is a black man.
You will end up in prison.
Ain't That THE truth!!! Just roll the body out if the way.
Arizona has been an open carry state since at least the 1970s. And this episode seems a reason to keep it that way.
Now she will probably be sued by the criminal.
And Hillary whats to take that right away from women and everyone else.

I feel ya. You are not alone in that.
Make sure you have your wallet, your keys, and your gun.
And you don't need to ASK for PERMISSION from any other man, either. Not unless they plan on standing right next to you 24-7 with their own gun.
Which MAN thinks he has the power to tell me what GOD gave me is under HIS authority????
ONLY a know-it-all, hypocritical, storm trooping, gun carrying Nazi would believe he has any authority over that at all.
Problem is, we have THOUSANDS who think they know how you and I should live and behave. And they surround themselves with people who CARRY GUNS.
Thats the "hypocrite" part, by the way.
Keep cheering.
