Land, Toby Cleveland

Incident: Conspiracy to Sell and Distribute Crack Cocaine and Heroin
Date of Incident: June 20, 2016
Location: 200-Blk of Marshall Street, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Land, Toby Cleveland 45yo male of Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On June 1, 2016 The Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office Community Action Team conducted a traffic stop and located approximately 53 grams of crack cocaine and approximately 43 grams of heroin, and drug paraphernalia. Holly Lynch and Anna Holland were arrested for the distribution of CDS along with other related charges. After the initial arrests of Holland and Lynch, the WCSO CAT Unit further investigated this incident and learned that Toby Land had coordinated the purchase of the above seized crack cocaine and heroin, for distribution purposes.
An arrest warrant was issued for Land for conspiracy to possess and sell CDS. On June 22, 2016 Land was located and arrested.
Charges: Conspire-CDS Possess- Large Amount x2, Conspire-CDS Possess with Intent to Distribute x2, Conspire-CDS: Possess-Not Marijuana 

Griffin, Dajahn Zaire

Incident: Possession and Distribution of Heroin and Cocaine
Date of Incident: June 09, 2016
Location: 7300-Blk Main Street, Willards, Maryland
Suspect: Griffin, Dajahn Zaire, 27yo male
Narrative: During the months of 2016, The Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office Community Action Team (CAT) initiated a criminal investigation into the possible sale and distribution of heroin that was occurring at a residence in the 7300-Blk of Main Street, Willards. The target of the investigation was identified as Dajahn Zaire Griffin.
On June 6, 2016, the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office CAT unit executed a search and seizure warrant for this residence with the assistance from The Wicomico Bureau of Investigation (WBI). CAT Team members were able to locate heroin, cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside this residence. Griffin was arrested and charged with possession and distribution of CDS/Narcotic.
Charges: CDS:Possession with intent to distribute/narcotic x2 and Possession-not marijuana x3
