A New Jersey elementary school called the police after a third-grade student made a comment about the brownies being served in class and another student called the remark “racist.”
A police officer from the Collingswood Police Department showed up at William P. Tatem Elementary School to question the boy, who is 9.
The boy’s mother, Stacy dos Santos, said the school’s response was a complete overreaction.
“He said they were talking about brownies. … Who exactly did he offend?” she told philly.com.
Police later contacted the boy’s father and referred the incident to the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency.

One word, private school!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Another word or two.....crazy, screwed up country today, left wing progress, he said change America, inherited from Bush, etc., etc.
Disheartened...sad
It woulda been much worse and even justified if mike lewis was envolved.
It's the PC Police. Coming to a school near you soon.
I swear this is a plan to completely ruin public education. They can cut a ton out of the budget (or just find new ways to spend it) by chasing the majority of children into private/home schooling. Public school will remain as a latch-key child daycare where instead of learning you are groomed for the military or prison.
The End is near....oh yeah!
I guess if you have candy that is white chocolate that's racist too. Stupid liberals making everything racist. Poor kids don't even know what hat they said wrong.
