BALTIMORE (AP) — Two more officers charged in the death of a 25-year-old black man in police custody have filed suit against Baltimore’s top prosecutor.
Officers Edward Nero and Garrett Miller, who were charged with misdemeanors in the death of Freddie Gray, have sued State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby and Maj. Sam Cogen of the sheriff’s office for defamation of character, violation of rights and false imprisonment.
Nero was acquitted last month. Miller is scheduled to stand trial in July.
Three other officers already have filed similar lawsuits in state and federal court.

I hope every one of them win.
I hope they win, too. This woman and the mayor of San Jose have to realize there are consequences for their actions!
Is she 18 yet?
7:33-If one wins they should all win.
Take her for a ride...
That joke of a prosecutor thought she "Was All That". Screw you beeyatch!
She's in serious trouble.
In a world where MERIT gets you the job, she wouldn't be hired as an assistant deputy prosecutor for the local dog pound.
She didn't even know where to file her motions.
Unfortunately, the taxpayers (again) will be paying for her incompetence.
Maybe she can slip on the steps, file for disability, and live in subsidized housing with the rest of her high school class.
Of course, she is not in trouble because of gross incompetence or utter stupidty or friviously wasting taxpayer money, shes' in trouble because she's black.
Guaranteed --- that her defense.
@8:30 Bahahaha that was great! Can I drive??
Since Mosby is black, nothing will happen. Now, if she was white, it would be going a totally different way.
