BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A 14-year-old boy is in custody related to the crash that killed a 9-year-old girl in front of her school Thursday afternoon.
He will be charged as a juvenile with vehicular manslaughter and other charges, according to Baltimore Police spokesman T.J. Smith.
Investigators say a driver fleeing from police ran a red light just as class at Steuart Hill Academy was letting out. Detectives believe he was in a stolen Jeep Liberty.

He should be charged as a adult old enough to have known better. He knew as soon as he drove the vehicle it was against the law, being charged as a juvenile I feel he will learn nothing and he still has a life to live that girl and her parents do not get a redo.
Charged as a Juvenile, BS, man enough to do the crime, man enough to do the time! Little bastard knew he was doing wrong, he ran from the police.
