NEW SECURE CARDS - NEW SECURE PROCESS
- Totally redesigned driver’s license, learner’s permit and identification (ID) card to help protect against identity theft and counterfeiting.
- New cards issued starting on June 20, 2016.
- You will not receive your new card during your visit. New cards are printed and mailed from a high-security MVA facility.
- Customers receive their new cards in the mail within 7 - 10 business days.
- Make sure MVA has your correct address.
- Plan ahead. Give yourself enough time to receive your new card in the mail.

What good is that if all I have to do is go down and say I am an illegal alien and my name is Syria Mexico Afganistan Algeria and I get a drivers license or ID card!
Gosh 1:57. You're probably right. We should just do away with drivers licenses entirely. Save a lot of trouble and get a load off your mind.
