Almost as bad as the "Electric Chair"
started shaking as soon as I seen the picture .
Haven't had a toothache in four years. As soon as I saw this picture I got one plus cold sweats, lump in my throat,shaking and now I'm in the bathroom using the Charmin.
Remember it? I OWNED one! My dentist uncle GAVE me one when I was about 13! He thought I could use it for some woodcarving. It weighed a ton and I never went near it!

I still have nightmares from my childhood!
I was told to shut up and stop crying by an old dentist who had no patience with kids and drilled without Novocaine. Was even slapped by this dentist and when I told my parents about this, they did not believe me because adults were always right!
Oh yes.....it was a horrible sight on a Saturday morning when the receptionist called your name....walked down the hall open the door and see that scene!!!! Still makes me uneasy just seeing this picture!!!
Dentist on the shore still are using this old stuff!
Looks like the Dentist chair in the movie little shop or horrors, or the Evil Dentist in the movie Marathon Man.
