The Obama administration is expected to issue a decree Friday that will give transgender students in public schools the right to use whichever bathroom corresponds with his or her gender identity, according to a report released late Thursday.
On behalf of the White House, the Departments of Justice and Education will send a letter to every public school district in the country, telling administrators how to create a discrimination-free environment.

I would like my tax money back. The government is supposed to represent the will of the people.
There needs to be a public school student walk out until trouble makers are disciplined and children can feel safe when changing in the locker rooms.
We are losing good teachers and anyone who can afford to send their children to private schools is doing so, thus the ratio of bad kids is higher and higher every year.
Is it just me? Shouldn't they focus more on trying to stop terrorist from blowing us up, or health care ect. etc.

There is no power delegated to control education.

Does anyone know a transgender student. I always thought transgender person had gone through a total transformation. That would include surgery. I don't think this has happened to children. Therefore there is no need for this legislation.
The WH needs to stop interfering with education issues. The states' are the ones who should be deciding anything having to do with education.
If 0.3% of the population is transgender, how realistic is it that you will ever see one or ever be in the same restroom with one? Since there are stalls with doors in restrooms, the only way you would know for certain is if you are the one peeking over/under the stall, right?
Wonder what bigger issues the government is distracting us from with this bathroom stupidity. We get all up in arms over this and meanwhile they do what behind our backs?

This is just So So So wrong! I do not want my daughter to go into a bathroom that a transgender male goes in. You are opening it up for assaults, rapes and GOD knows what else. It's time to stop that nonsense. Go in the bathroom you are supposed to be in. I would not go in a transgender bathroom myself. I guess I won't be using public restrooms any more. IT's time for OBAMA to GO and get out of town or better yet get out of the country. OUR COUNTRY.
